Important Information

The key code you will need to access your caravan, will be released at 4pm on the day you check AND once your damage deposit has been paid.

Your damage deposit will be refunded once your caravan has been checked over and cleaned to ensure there are no damages or breakages.

Please note your refund will be processed 24hrs after you check out, but can take between 7-10 working days to show in your account.

To pay your damage deposit, £ 100.00, you will need to download our App by clicking the link below or searching ‘SKEGNESS HOLIDAYS’  from your App Store and Google Play Store.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE ANY OF THE EXTRAS

Please ensure you select your Check-In & Check-Out dates and confirm the Lodge Name (provided on your booking confirmation email) when purchasing any extras from the app.

You will also have direct contact with our on-site host Susan Thomas, via the app by clicking the concierge button.

She will be on hand to help and assist you with any questions, queries or guidance throughout your stay.

General Information

Check-in: available from 4pm to 10pm
You must vacate by 10am to avoid a late check-out charge
Smoking is not permitted
Pets allowed at an extra cost

Deposit and Cancellation

If booked more than 4 weeks before your date of arrival – the deposit is 20% of the total booking with the balance due within 4 weeks of your arrival date.
If booked more within 4 weeks before your date of arrival – the deposit is 100% of the total booking and non-refundable.
Cancellation with an 80% refund of the monies collected is allowed up to 6 weeks before the arrival date.
In the event of an early departure or postponed arrival, the full amount will be charged as per the booking contract.
