Refundable damage deposit of £100.00 is required 7 days before your check in date.


This will then be refunded the next business day from check out.

Funds leave us immediately but can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement but clear
with your bank sooner.

A receipt will be sent at time of refund to your email that you provide.

To turn on central heating turn boiler to heat and water then adjust each radiator to heat desired.

Most of our caravans have parking next to the caravan. On the occasions where this is not possible, there are car parks nearby.

Skegness Holidays only own the caravans we rent out and not any facilities on the site.

We will always offer help and advice when needed but any issues outside of the caravan need to be taken up with Blue Anchor directly

No BBQ’s permitted on site.

Swimming is an onsite facility at Golden Palms and is not owned by Skegness Holidays.

You need to pre book this directly on 01754 874444, any issues with the pool or staff need to be taken up with Blue Anchor directly.

Club Tropicana is an onsite facility owned by Blue Anchor and not by Skegness Holidays.

Any issues with the club, tickets, seating or staff need to be taken up with Blue Anchor directly.
